Los brotes de neumon\u00eda en el borrego cimarr\u00f3n se han convertido en un problema de conservaci\u00f3n y manejo<\/a> para ovejas salvajes en toda Am\u00e9rica del Norte. \u00bfLas mam\u00e1s transmiten inmunidad a los corderos al nacer?<\/h4>\n

El reclutamiento de corderos puede ser un factor limitante en el crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n, especialmente despu\u00e9s de un brote de neumon\u00eda. Las inmunidades obtenidas de la madre podr\u00edan aumentar sus posibilidades de supervivencia, pero se desconoce si la madre puede transmitir dichas inmunidades a su descendencia. \u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta la calidad del h\u00e1bitat a la condici\u00f3n nutricional y la inmunidad?<\/h4>\n

Los pat\u00f3genos que causan neumon\u00eda est\u00e1n presentes en la mayor\u00eda de las poblaciones de borrego cimarr\u00f3n en Wyoming, pero algunas poblaciones son m\u00e1s resistentes a los brotes que otras.
